TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Heal with Camille LLC (“Host”) and the participants (“Participants”) of an event/class/retreat/workshop/private session (“Session”) hosted by Heal with Camille LLC.

 

1. Session Description:

 

The Session is designed to provide Participants with an immersive experience focused on internal expansion, wellness practices, and personal growth. The Session may include various activities, workshops, and excursions aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These Sessions include, but are not limited to, retreats, breathwork, meditation, ice baths, cacao ceremonies, somatic healing practices, energy work, verbal guidance, and more. 

 

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy:

 

Participants are required to pay 50% of the specified fee for the session to secure their reservation (unless otherwise specified via email with hello@healwithcamille.com). Participant agrees to the cancellation policy specified by the Host for the agreed upon Session. The fee is non-refundable. Failure to make any scheduled payments may result in cancellation of participation in the Session.

 

3. Assumption of Risk:

 

Participants acknowledge and understand that participation in the Session may involve physical activities, outdoor excursions, and other experiences that carry inherent risks. By attending the Session, Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree to release Heal with Camille LLC from any liability for injury, illness, or damage that may occur during the Session.

 

4. Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

 

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout the duration of the Session. Heal with Camille LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Participants’ belongings during the Session.

 

5. Photography and Media Release:

 

Participants consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and image in photographs, videos, and other media captured during the Session for promotional purposes by Heal with Camille LLC. Participants waive any right to compensation or approval for such use.

 

6. Food Allergies and Excursions:

 

Participants are responsible for disclosing any food allergies or dietary restrictions to Heal with Camille LLC prior to the Session. Heal with Camille LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants’ dietary needs but is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from food consumed during the Session. Additionally, any trips and excursions organized as part of the Session are undertaken at the Participants’ own risk, and Heal with Camille LLC is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that may occur during such activities.

 

7. Disclaimer of Liability:

 

Participants understand and agree that Heal with Camille LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Session, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss of enjoyment.

 

8. Agreement to Terms:

 

By registering for the Session, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

9. Additional Agreements:

 

Participant acknowledges that there are inherent risks & contraindications of Session modalities if the practice is not completed in a safe and regulated manner. By signing up for a Session, Participant understands and realizes that participation in any Heal with Camille session, or any Session hereafter with Heal with Camille LLC, could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to you.

 

By signing up for a Session, Participant agrees to the fact that participation in Heal with Camille Sessions can cause any harm or injury to me. Participant releases Host from all liability, costs, and damages which could arise from participation in any session. Participant agrees to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to any necessary emergency treatment.

 

Participant acknowledges that Host is NOT a licensed therapist, doctor, or mental health care professional and will use holistic methods and teachings for their Sessions.
